The Chipola Area Board of Realtors hosted the 1st Annual
“Philip Rhodes Memorial Golf Tournament” on Friday June 8th, 2007
at Indian Springs Golf Club.
All proceeds went to benefit the Jackson County
Habitat for Humanity Homebuilding Program.

Nan Harkleroad, Jennifer Maddox, Laina Jackson, Sheila Barbee and
Debbie Roney-Smith were waiting at the registration table for the golfers to arrive.
Jeff Adams with ERA Chipola Realty was there as a REALTOR and a GOLFER.
Allison Hartzog and Anji Stabler of Habitat for Humanity accepted a check from
Board President, Gina Stuart, Fair Housing Committee Chairman, Sheila Barbee
and Committee Members, Debbie Roney Smith and Tim Hendrix in the amount
of $6559.87 to benefit the building of a home in Jackson County.

Marianna hosted the 2007 Dixie Girls World Series and our Realtors were there
to lend a hand. Members of the Chipola Area Board of Realtors served
over 1500 people in the World Series Banquet.
|
Thanks to the Realtors and their families who were there and made this possible.
Service with a Smile, they are ready for the line to get moving.
Brenda Hatcher and Terry Garnett were busy making fruit plates.
Ed McCoy and Pat Furr from Century 21 Sunny South Properties
were there to lend a helping hand.
Jamie Streetman, David & Ginger Malloy decided to enjoy a bite after an evening of hard work.

RPAC- April 19th the Chipola Area Board of Realtors held their annual Realtors Political Action Committee dinner. Kool Kids 1 – The Panhandle Area Drug & Alcohol Abuse Prevention Coalition used May 7t h as a day to reach out to all 3rd graders in Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson, Liberty & Washington counties to promote a focused prevention effort, coordinating the activities of many agencies and institutions which are concerned with the problems of substance abuse and to create public awareness of local risks and protective factors. Among the agencies in attendance were REALTORS from the Chipola Area Board of Realtors, pictured L to R Jeff Adams, Debbie Roney Smith, Angela Daniels, Dianna Kosciw, Phoebe Meyer, Brenda Hatcher, Jennifer Maddox and Ben Odom.

Affiliate Drive Winners – The Chipola area Board of Realtors held an Affiliate Drive during the months of March, April and May with much success and we were please to announce the winners at the July luncheon. Pictured with our president, Gina Stuart is Earlene McGee 1st place, Angela Daniels, Kathy Milton, Robby Roberts and Jamie Streetman 2nd place, not pictured was Cindy Birge who was in a 4 way tie for 3rd place.
